PSYCH-K® Sessions
PSYCH-K® sessions (one hour each) are designed to change the limiting subconscious beliefs that are holding you back from the change and healing you are seeking. In this session, we will define your present situation and identify, reframe, and upgrade the subconscious beliefs/programs needed to align your beliefs with the life you consciously desire.
Investment: 1 session- $150; 6 session package- $750
Grounded in You Group Coaching (3 months)
A group coaching program that gives you the coaching, community, and accountability to jump start the positive changes that are on your mind and heart. It provides a space to reset what matters to you most through self-reflection and self-growth. Focus will be on stress/overwhelm, priorities, values & boundaries, and commitment to yourself.
Grounded in You includes:
3 one-hour group coaching sessions (one per month)
3 one-hour individual PSYCH-K® sessions (one per month)
A small intimate group of honest, supportive, like-minded women
Exercises and thought-provoking discussion that focus on self-growth
Empathetic, action-oriented coaching that leads to positive momentum
Investment: $650 if paid in full OR $250/month

Intentional and Connected Living Program (6 months)
This is a supportive, long term connection where we will journey through my transformative 6-step process for women who are feeling anxious, overwhelmed, disconnected, and stressed to transition into a place where they feel deeply connected to themselves, they have better relationships with their family, friends and colleagues, and they have created stronger boundaries to protect what matters most in their day-to-day life.
This 6-step process will walk you through:
Month 1: Address the Overwhelm and Stress
Month 2: Identify the Emotional Triggers/Patterns/Reactions
Month 3: Determine Priorities and Healthy Habits
Month 4: Identify Values and Boundaries
Month 5: Re-introducing Happiness and Joy
Month 6: Commitment to Yourself
Your Investment:
1 coaching session and 1 PSYCH-K® session per month- 60 minutes each (Phone or Zoom)
Program tailored exercises to complete in-between sessions
Email/text support between sessions
Bonus- 2 hour deep dive session to kick off the program

About Me
My name is Jamie Fenwick and I am a Holistic Coach and PSYCH-K® facilitator passionate about helping women feel empowered, joyful, and confident in themselves and their decisions. From an early age, helping others reach their highest potential has been on my heart and mind. This led me to obtain both a Bachelor’s and a Masters degree in Psychology as well as Health and Life coaching certifications.
I, too, have been on my own health and wellness journey for the past 10 years, continually striving for the happiest and healthiest version of myself and want to help others do the same. Through my own self-work and soul searching, I realized helping others to heal and move forward was one of the missing pieces in my life.
Along with being a life coach, I am a wife and a Mom to two beautiful and spirited little girls (Addison and Olivia; 8 and 6 years old) and worked in Corporate America for 15 years.
I understand first hand the many demands women are feeling these days and how little time there is to focus on our own personal goals. I am here to create that space for women to step into their power, reignite their passion, and live life by their own rules.
